Mixed-Use Development - Angel

Project Overview

Complete foundation package for a mixed-use development including basement excavation, piling works, ground beams, pile caps, drainage systems, and hard landscaping.

The Challenge

The site was a former commercial building with significant made ground contamination. High water table and proximity to neighboring properties required careful planning. The basement design required waterproofing and temporary works support.

Our Solution

Following detailed site investigation and contamination assessment, we excavated and removed contaminated material to licensed facilities. Secant piling formed the basement perimeter. CFA piling provided foundation support with 45 piles ranging from 10-15m depth. A comprehensive SUDS drainage system and attenuation tank were installed.

Results & Outcome

Successfully completed all groundworks and piling within the 8-week program. All contaminated material was properly documented and removed. Basement waterproofing passed all tests. The development is now complete with retail units at ground level and apartments above.
