Concrete Placement
Cast mass concrete or construct reinforced underpinning beam. Allow to cure before excavating next bay. Pin or dowel to existing foundation.
Monitoring & Sign-Off
Monitor structure during and after works. Structural engineer certifies completion. Provide full documentation for Building Control and insurance.
