Rural New-Build Foundations - Sturmer

Project Overview

Groundworks and foundation preparation for a rural new-build in Sturmer, Essex. The works included trench foundations and reinforced slab preparation to form a stable base for the new home.

The Challenge

The rural site required bulk excavation and careful sequencing to manage spoil, maintain access, and keep the foundation layout accurate across the footprint.

Our Solution

We excavated trench foundations, set levels, and prepared a reinforced slab with membrane protection. The works were sequenced to keep the footprint clean and ready for the concrete pour.

Results & Outcome

A completed foundation platform was delivered, ready for the superstructure and follow-on build stages.
